Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Racket Pros, we strive for perfection. However, because our equipment is shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment centers to keep costs low for you, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure efficiency.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong model or specifications, we will rectify the error at no cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

To ensure the lowest possible prices for our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • "Change of Mind": Please double-check your specs before ordering.

  • Used Equipment: Any item that has been used, had the plastic grip wrap removed, or shows signs of play is ineligible for return.

  • Custom Orders: Any specialized stringing or customizations are final sale.

4. The Return Process & Fees

To discourage unnecessary shipping and reduce our carbon footprint, the following applies to all authorized returns:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing and warehouse handling.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our support team.

5. Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected by our provider (which can take 7–10 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.

6. Shipping Delays & Transit Times

We partner with global providers to bring you professional-grade gear at competitive prices. Because shipping involves international logistics:

  • Refund Eligibility for Delays: Refunds for non-delivery or shipping delays will only be processed if the order has not arrived within 45 days of the initial shipment date.

  • In-Transit Status: We cannot issue refunds for items that are currently in transit and moving within the carrier network prior to the 45-day window.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
