Adidas Transparent Protector

A basic transparent protector from Adidas made especially for Adidas rackets that provides resistance against wall scrapes and floor hits while maintaining the original aesthetic of your favourite padel racket.

Installation Instructions

1. Clean the Frame: Use a cloth with isopropyl alcohol to remove all dust, grease, and moisture from the top of the racket. This is the most critical step for long-term adhesion.

2. Dry Fit: Before removing the adhesive backing, center the protector on the top of the racket to ensure equal coverage on both sides.

3. Center and Press: Peel back a small section of the adhesive. Align the center of the protector with the center of the racket frame and press down firmly.

4. Work the Edges: Gradually peel the rest of the backing while moving from the center toward the ends. Use your thumb to press the "teeth" down individually, ensuring they wrap smoothly around the curve of the frame.

5. Apply Heat (Optional but Recommended): Use a hair dryer on a low setting for 30 seconds to warm the adhesive. Press the protector firmly once more; this creates a permanent bond that prevents peeling during play.
